HOW TO REACH THE FINISH AREA

The finish area of the race is located at Laghi Cime Bianche (2810m), which can be reached from:

CERVINIA (IT)

Via lifts from Cervinia (2050m) to Plan Maison (2555m) and from Plan Maison to Laghi Cime Bianche. From the cable car station it’s a 150m walk to the finish area.

The access to the cable car Plan Maison-Laghi Cime Bianche is allowed only to people who are in possession of an entry ticket

ZERMATT (CH)

To get to the cable car station

By foot: 20 minutes walk from the main train station to the cable car station.
By e-bus: Take the green line. During the race weekends the e-bus leaves every 10 minutes to the cable car station.
- The station stop for the e-bus, when arriving by train to Zermatt, is located opposite the train station in front of the Gornergratbahn.
By cab: You can also call one of the many electric cabs in Zermatt.

At the cable car station "Matterhorn Express"

Buy your cable car tickets online or direct at the cable car station
Via lifts from Zermatt (1620m) to Trockner Steg (2939m) and from Trockner Steg to Klein Matterhorn (3883m)
From Klein Matterhorn you can either take the new cable car or ski/board down to Testa Grigia (Red Slope). The Ventina slope remains closed to the public as it is part of the race. To access the finish area you can use the cable car from Testa Grigia to Laghi Cime Bianche. You can leave your skis on the top station. From the cable car station it’s a 150m walk to the finish area.

Helicopter transfer to the Testa Grigia mountain landing site: From the Swiss side there is the possibility of air transport by Air Zermatt.
