The Local Organising Committee (LOC) of the Matterhorn Cervino Speed Opening takes note of the new decision of the Cantonal Building Commission (KBK) and once again refrains from filing an appeal.
The Cantonal Building Commission notes that, due to our course plan, part of the installations are located on a very small area outside the approved ski area on the Swiss side. As soon as the weather situation permits due to the pleasing snowfalls of the last few days, a corresponding correction will be made without any problems and without affecting the route from a sporting perspective. It is the LOC's concern that the local show of the Cantonal Construction Commission takes place as soon as possible so that there is clarity. We respect the law. There is no further information beyond that, as this is an ongoing procedure.
