Race checkers are responsible for a specific section of the racetrack. You make sure that nets and other safety items are set up correctly, all gates are in proper condition and the track is ready for the racers to pass. It would be good if you could help already before the race or after the race.

Skills required: You are a good skier and familiar with the race procedures.

Before the race you set up the inflatable safety mats, the so-called airpads, which protect the rider in case of a fall, along the slope and in the finish area and check them daily. After the race they must be disassembled.

Skills required: You must be physically very fit, able to work in team and good on skis for this job.

You are responsible for marking the racecourse with paint to improve visibility for the skiers.

Skills required: You have to be physically very fit and very good on the skis. 

You are out on the slopes all day. Your job is to keep the slope in good condition by removing the accumulated snow or smoothing out the holes. Small groups will be organized to constantly groom the slope separately.

Skills required: You must be an excellent skier who is able to move safely on steep and icy slopes. Furthermore, your ski equipment must be in top condition. For safety reasons, your skiing skills will be checked in advance and if not deemed suitable, you will be assigned to another activity.

Your task is to stand at the sides of the race and check that the athletes pass correctly between the gates. You have to take notes and finally submit the data to the judge.

Skills required: You must be familiar with the race procedures and being a good skier. We suggest you have warm clothes as you will not be moving around much.

You stand at the access points to the racetrack during the races and training sessions and make sure that only accredited people can access the slope. Be aware that the wrong person on the slope can be life-threatening for the riders! Even in the finish area you have to check the tickets and accreditations of visitors and guests and to prevent people who are not authorized to enter the area.

Skills required: For this important and responsible job, you need to be a friendly but determined person.

The finish crew is responsible for the whole finish area. You are responsible for setting up the finish bag, for the reception of the athletes in the finish area and taking the bibs. You may also help with the preparation and the daily coverage of the big screen. In case of snowfall, it will be necessary to take care of snow removal.

Skills required: You need to be experienced, physically fit and able to do heavy work.

You help with all kinds of construction, set-up, maintenance work and dismantling along the slope and in the finish area.

Skills required: You are not necessarily on the skis, but you must be physically active and good in handicrafts. However, we are looking for energetic and strong helpers already before and after the competitions.

There are sponsor banners and other advertising material to be set, daily checked and, after the race, to be removed. You may also help fans-club mounting their banners.

Skills required: You have to be handy, physically fit and a good skier.

Free catering in the media centres in the villages as well as at the finish aera is offered to media rappresentatives. You take care of the catering offer, look after the media representatives, independently organize the bar and take care of supplies.

Skill required: you are open-minded, cheerful and a friendly person with a good language knowledge.
 

You are either on the mountain or in the village and supporting the media chief. You help the media representatives when they have any questions about the event or their accommodation, need any documents, material or information. You organize their accreditation.

Skills required: You are flexible, speak different languages, are open-minded and communicative.

You are responsible for the mixed zone, where the athletes and the journalists exchange information and where the interviews take place.

Skills required: good language skills in English, Italian, French and German; a self-confident appearance and good assertiveness are required.

You are responsible for following activities: Interviewing, taking photos, managing social media channels like Facebook and Instagram, writing short reports, etc.

Skills required: You should already have experience in this field and enjoy writing. Also required: Particularly good language skills and creativity.

You support the accreditation and the info point for the volunteers and are their contact person. You welcome them and provide them with their items (jackets, ski tickets, accreditation, food...) and all necessary information.

Skills required: You need to be a helpful and communicative person, who is flexible and remains calm even in hectic times. Besides, you are familiar with the region, the village, the ski area, and with the Ski World Cup in general.

You help in the kitchen of the volunteer tent and take care of the volunteers.

Skills required: You need to be a helpful person with experience in catering. 

You are responsible for the well-being of the volunteers on the slopes. In concrete terms, you help with the catering for the volunteers.

Skills required: You must be a good skier and physically fit, as you must carry the heavy load on your back.

The race office is the first contact point for the teams. You are the contact person for the team leaders of the different ski nations and help them with any organizational questions regarding the team accommodation, the race or when the athletes or support staff have problems or requests.

Skills required: You need to be a helpful, flexible and calm. You have good language skills in English, Italian, French and German

The accreditation team prepares the venue in advance and creates the proper badges. You are responsible for issuing team accreditations.

Skills required: You should speak different languages.

You help teams with concerns or changes about their hotels.

Skills required: You are stress resistant and always friendly, with administrative skills and good language skills. 

For the official ceremonies such as the bib drawing and the award ceremonies, we need volunteers to support us in various ways.

Skills required: You are flexible and able to work under pressure and enjoy working with people. You ideally speak French, German, Italian and English.

The VIP catering needs helpers, both in the service and in the kitchen, to make sure that everything is always in order. Skills required: Experience in the service area.

You receive the VIP guests at the Welcome-Desk, give them initial information and take their tickets and coats. You make sure that the wardrobe always looks tidy.

Skills required: Knowledge of several languages and friendly attitude are required.
